Cancellation Policy

Your FREE "Try Now" subscription offers a free 7 day trial of all features and data. After the 7 days, you will be automactically charged the subscription price, which is currently $9.95 per month, or the $99 per year. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the my account link in the menu or here.

If you chose to cancel your subscription, you will still have access for the remainder of your subscription period. You will not receive a refund (full or partial). However, EarthPlat reserves the right to discontinue service at their discretion.

To cancel your account, click on My Account in the top menu or here and follow the instructions on how to access your account. Cancellation is handled through the STRIPE (credit card processor's website) portal.
