How to Use Advanced Search on EarthPlat.com

If you’re looking for a fast and easy way to find land parcels, property lines, or ownership details in Florida, EarthPlat.com’s Advanced Search makes it effortless. In this short tutorial, we’ll walk you through exactly what happens when you perform a typical advanced search.

EarthPlat provides detailed parcel and ownership data across all 67 counties in Florida.

Step 1: Log into the Website App and click on the Search menu item.

When you land on EarthPlat.com, you’ll see the "Search" item in the top menu. Click the menu item and a popup will show. In this example I am searching Sale Date greater than 4/1/2025 and the parcel value is between 500,000 and 900,000

Step 2: Clicking the search button in the popup will show results in the grid.

Results will load if parcels are found. You can click on an item in the grid to view its details much like a quick search.

Step 3: Clicking on the search in the top menu will pop up the advanced search again.

In this example, I am searching in a shape. Clicking the search in shape tab will allow you to select the map and draw an area. Then you can search inside the polygon/shape. In this case I want parcels who haven't sold their home in a long time so I can export labels and mail them options to sell with estimated equity.

Step 4: Review Parcel Details

Once the LEFT panel appears it will show more in-depth data such as:

• Owner name
• Mailing address
• Assessed land value
• Parcel ID and boundaries
• Property Appraiser and Tax websites
• Other properties owned and more
