• If the map opens somewhere unexpected, move to the area you want and EarthPlat will remember your last map location.
• If a search returns too many rows, add county, use code, acreage, sale date, or shape filters.
• If a search returns no additional comparable properties, broaden the search filters or expand the shape.
• If parcel lines are not visible, zoom in closer and use Show again.
• If you are working in North Carolina, make sure the state menu says North Carolina before searching.
